I received wrong items in my order
We apologise for the inconvenience. Here is how to resolve this:
How to report wrong items:
1. Go to Account → My Orders
2. Select the affected order
3. Tap 'Report an Issue'
4. Select 'Wrong item delivered'
5. Describe which items were wrong and upload a photo
6. Submit
What happens next:
Our team reviews the report within 2 hours. Depending on the situation:
- A full or partial refund may be issued
- A replacement order may be arranged (based on availability)
- OrdNow credits may be added to your wallet
Tips:
Take a photo of the items you received before reporting — this speeds up the resolution process.
