Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OrdNow platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OrdNow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ('OrdNow', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 1, Karin Hossain Lane, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017.

OrdNow provides a technology platform connecting customers with restaurants and delivery partners in Kolkata. We are an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food items offered by restaurant partners.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. By using OrdNow, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. OrdNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@ordnow.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

When you place an order, you enter into a contract directly with the restaurant partner. OrdNow facilitates this transaction as a technology intermediary.

Prices displayed include applicable taxes. Delivery fees and platform charges are displayed separately at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected. For COD orders, you agree to pay the exact amount shown at checkout.

OrdNow uses PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement without any charge. Post this window, a cancellation fee of up to ₹30 may apply if the restaurant has commenced preparation.

Refunds for eligible cancellations and complaints are processed as per our Refund Policy. Refunds to OrdNow Wallet are instantaneous; refunds to payment instruments may take 3–7 business days.

All content on the OrdNow platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is the property of OrdNow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

OrdNow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to food quality, delayed delivery, or service unavailability.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
