OrdNow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Tab order follows a logical sequence. Skip-to-content links are provided.

Screen Reader Support: All images have descriptive alt text. Form fields have associated labels. ARIA roles and attributes are used where appropriate.

Colour Contrast: We maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, conforming to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Dark Mode: A dark mode toggle is available for users who prefer reduced light exposure or have photosensitive conditions.

Text Sizing: The interface is functional and readable when browser font size is increased to 200%.

Focus Indicators: Visible focus rings are maintained on all interactive elements.

Language Support: Content is available in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with proper HTML lang attributes for accurate screen reader pronunciation.

Some third-party content (e.g., embedded maps) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are working with our vendors to address these gaps.

PDFs linked from our platform (e.g., invoices) may not be fully accessible. We are transitioning to accessible HTML versions.
