How to track my order in real time

OrdNow lets you track your order from the moment it is confirmed until it arrives at your door.

From the order confirmation page:

After placing an order, tap 'Track Order' on the confirmation screen. This opens the live tracking map.

From your order history:

Go to Account → My Orders, find your active order, and tap 'Track'.

What you can see on the tracking page:

- Live map showing the delivery partner's location

- Estimated arrival time (updates every 30 seconds)

- Order status timeline (Confirmed → Preparing → Picked Up → On the Way → Delivered)

- Delivery partner name, photo, and contact number

Calling the delivery partner:

Tap the phone icon on the tracking page to call your delivery partner directly.

If the tracking map is not loading:

Refresh the page or check your internet connection. The map requires an active connection to update.
