How to place an order on OrdNow

Placing an order on OrdNow is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Allow location access

When you open the OrdNow app or website, allow location permission so we can show restaurants near you. You can also enter your delivery address manually.

Step 2: Browse restaurants

Scroll the homepage to explore featured restaurants, or use filters (cuisine, rating, delivery time) to narrow down your options.

Step 3: Choose your items

Tap a restaurant to see its menu. Select items and add them to your cart using the + button. Customise items (e.g., spice level, add-ons) when prompted.

Step 4: Review your cart

Tap the cart icon to review your order. You can increase/decrease quantities or remove items here.

Step 5: Enter delivery address

Confirm or add your delivery address. Pin your exact location on the map for precise delivery.

Step 6: Apply coupon (optional)

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the 'Apply Coupon' field during checkout.

Step 7: Choose payment method

Select from UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, OrdNow Wallet, or Cash on Delivery.

Step 8: Place order

Review the final bill and tap 'Place Order'. You will receive an order confirmation with a tracking link instantly.
