How to apply a coupon or promo code

Coupons and promo codes give you discounts on your orders. Here is how to apply them:

During checkout:

1. Proceed to the checkout page after selecting your items

2. Look for the 'Apply Coupon' or 'Have a promo code?' section

3. Enter your code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive)

4. Tap 'Apply'

5. The discount will be automatically deducted from your total

Why might a coupon not work?

- The coupon may have expired

- Minimum order value not met

- Coupon only valid for specific restaurants or cuisines

- You may have already used this coupon (one-time use)

- Coupon not applicable with the current payment method

Finding coupons:

- Check the 'Offers' section in the app

- View available coupons on the restaurant's page

- Check your OrdNow Wallet / Rewards section for exclusive codes
