How to cancel an order

You can cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing it. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.

How to cancel:

1. Go to Account → My Orders

2. Find the order you want to cancel

3. Tap 'Cancel Order'

4. Select a reason for cancellation

5. Confirm cancellation

Cancellation window:

You can cancel within 2 minutes of placing the order without any charges. After that, a cancellation fee of ₹30 may apply if the restaurant has already started preparing.

Refund on cancellation:

If you paid online, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Alternatively, the amount is instantly credited to your OrdNow Wallet.

If the cancel button is missing:

This means the restaurant has started preparing your order. Contact our support team immediately and we will try to help.
