My payment failed — what should I do?

Payment failures can happen due to bank issues, network problems, or incorrect details. Here is what to check:

First, check if your money was deducted:

Check your bank statement or UPI app. If money was deducted but the order was not placed, it will be auto-refunded within 24 hours.

Common reasons for payment failure:

- Bank server downtime (try again after a few minutes)

- Incorrect card details or CVV

- 3D Secure / OTP timeout

- Insufficient funds

- Daily UPI transaction limit exceeded

What to do:

1. Try a different payment method (e.g., switch from card to UPI or wallet)

2. Ensure your internet connection is stable

3. Check with your bank if your card/UPI is enabled for online transactions

If money was deducted but order not placed:

Go to Account → My Orders. If the order is not listed, contact our support team with your payment reference number. Refunds are processed within 24 hours.
