My order is late — what can I do?

We understand how frustrating a late delivery can be. Here is what you can do:

Check the live tracking page:

Open Account → My Orders → Track. The map shows the delivery partner's current location and updated ETA.

Why orders can be delayed:

- High order volume during peak hours

- Traffic or road conditions

- Restaurant preparation taking longer

- Distant pickup or delivery location

Contact the delivery partner:

Use the call button on the tracking page to speak directly with your delivery partner.

Contact support:

If your order is more than 30 minutes past the estimated time, tap 'Need Help' on the tracking page to reach our support team. We will investigate and may offer compensation.

Cancellation option:

If the delay is excessive and you wish to cancel, go to My Orders → Cancel Order. Refund terms apply as per our cancellation policy.
