How to delete my OrdNow account

You can request account deletion at any time. Please note: this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.

Before deleting:

- Withdraw any wallet balance (minimum ₹1)

- Outstanding orders must be completed or cancelled

- Unused coupons and rewards will be forfeited

How to delete your account:

1. Go to Account → Profile

2. Scroll to the bottom

3. Tap 'Delete My Account'

4. Confirm your identity via OTP

5. Select reason for deletion

6. Confirm deletion

Data deletion under DPDP Act 2023:

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Changed your mind?

If you accidentally initiated deletion, contact us at support@ordnow.com within 7 days before the deletion is processed.
