Can I change my delivery address after placing order?
Changing a delivery address after placing an order depends on the stage of the order.
If the restaurant has not yet accepted the order:
Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or phone. We may be able to update the address.
If the order is being prepared or picked up:
Unfortunately, address changes are not possible at this stage. You may need to cancel the order (cancellation fee may apply) and re-order.
Best practice:
Always double-check your delivery address before placing the order. You can save multiple addresses in Account → Saved Addresses for faster future orders.
